ACE Wealth MGMT Fund SP is a Segregated Portfolio of Twin Sails Capital Fund SPC, a Cayman Islands mutual fund registered with CIMA under section 4(3) of the Mutual Funds Act (As Revised). Investors participate through the Segregated Portfolio, with independent administration, formal fund governance, legally segregated portfolio assets and annual independent audits provided through the Fund's infrastructure.
